- Diagnosis of the city’s resources and potential and definition of a participative strategy.
- Design of a participative system : the AVeQ (Ateliers Ville et Quotidien – City and Daily Workshops)
- Creation of pedagogical tools : questionnaires
- Creation of a newspaper
- Design of the interior layout of the bus of participation
- Weekly market stalls in the Carriet neighbourhood
